I'm not going to bore you with a narrative of
my life and what inspired this recipe. We're
going to jump right in. This isn't hard, but
it is a little complicated. Me too, girl!)
This will take some time, so patience,
grasshoppers.
Supplies:
An ⅛ of flower of your choice
Herb the Herb Infuser Get your own Herb the Herb Infuser
Double Boiler
Chocolate molds Get molds here.
Ingredients:
½ C melted cocoa butter
¼ C honey
½ tsp vanilla
¼ tsp salt
½ C cocoa powder
Step 1: DECARB
Grind an ⅛ of flower and put grounds into Herb
the Infuser. Select decarb and set timer for
30/35 mins. Let Herb do his job.
Do some yoga.
Step 2: COCOA BUTTER INFUSION
Pour ½ C melted cocoa butter into Herb the Infuser.
Select the chocolate feature and set time for 1 hour
30 minutes. Let it infuse.
Work on your novel.
Step 3: CHOCOLATE EDIBLES
Set up a double boiler. Pour infused cocoa butter
into a bowl of double boiler, add ¼ C honey.
Stir like hell. Add ½ tsp vanilla, tincture,
and ¼ tsp salt. Keep blending. This is your workout
for the day. Your name is now Sir (Lady) Mix-A-Lot.
Keep incorporating until your arm hurts.
Add ½ C cocoa powder. Mix until the chocolate
is silky and smooth.
Pour chocolate into molds and place in the freezer
